Yes, we allow up to 2 pets per apartment home with no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply.

No, we do not have elevators.

Do you have covered parking? Is parking assigned or first come, first served?
We do not offer covered parking, but detached garages are available. We also offer uncovered VIP parking spaces in front of the buildings. All other parking is open and free.

How many levels are there in the buildings?
Nine of our buildings have 4 levels, with two levels offering ground-level access. The remaining two buildings have 3 levels.

Is your community smoke free?
Yes, our community is completely smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in apartments or anywhere on the property.

How long does the application approval process usually take?
Applications are typically processed within 2 to 48 hours, depending on business hours and screening results.

What lease terms do you offer?
We offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months.

Do you allow subletting?
No, subletting is not permitted.

Do you allow co-signers or third-party guarantors?
Yes, co-signers and guarantors are accepted with an income requirement of 5x the monthly rent.
